Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience to join their Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex business litigation across both state and federal courts. Responsibilities include managing various aspects of litigation processes such as document discovery, drafting legal pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, and participating in settlement negotiations. Candidates should be dynamic, highly motivated, and capable of thriving in a collegial environment. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Applicants must hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member of the California Bar in good standing.
