Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a full-time Associate for their Litigation Practice in Austin. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including financial services, real estate, energy, private wealth management, healthcare, and intellectual property. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience, strong knowledge of federal, state, and local rules, and excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Responsibilities include handling complex commercial and business litigation matters, taking depositions, briefing and arguing motions, and client interaction.
