Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Litigation business unit in Scottsdale or Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of litigation practice experience and must hold an active Arizona Bar license. Essential skills include trial preparation, courtroom experience, file responsibility, motion practice, deposition experience, and proficiency with e-discovery software. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills, along with strong academic credentials. The role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with a solid work ethic and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
