Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 1 to 4 years of experience to join their Tampa office, focusing on a national-caliber litigation and trial practice. This role involves handling environmental and toxic tort, real estate and land use, white-collar, and complex commercial cases. Ideal candidates will have a JD from a top law school, ranking in the top 10% of their class, and experience in law review, moot court, or trial team. Judicial clerkship experience, preferably with a U.S. District Judge, is highly desirable. Candidates must possess strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and be adept at drafting complex legal documents. Admission to The Florida Bar or eligibility for admission is required.
