Our client is seeking an Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their Litigation Practice Group in Orlando. The successful candidate will be part of a leading national law firm, engaging in complex commercial litigation matters. Ideal candidates should have experience in general commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motions, with both federal and state court experience. Strong project management, research, writing, and advocacy skills are essential, along with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Admission to practice law in Florida is required, with additional experience in areas such as product liability, construction, real estate, ADA, or class action litigation being advantageous.
