LITIGATION ATTORNEY (2202)
Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney for their Irvine office, with the option to work from the Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of complex litigation experience and have served as first chair in at least five jury trials. While experience in insurance litigation, municipal/public entity litigation, and construction matters is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The role involves handling all aspects of complex civil litigation, including client communications, motions, discovery responses, court appearances, and negotiating settlements. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be strategic and analytical, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and an active California bar license in good standing are required.
