LITIGATION COUNSEL (3014)
Description
Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel for their Los Angeles, Oakland, or virtual office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including conducting factual investigations, discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediation. Experience in both state and federal courts is preferred, with additional experience in administrative matters and arbitrations being advantageous. Candidates must reside in California and hold an active California bar license. The role involves collaboration with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure, demonstrating exceptional judgment and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
