LITIGATION & ENFORCEMENT ASSOCIATE (0851)
Description
Our client is seeking experienced mid- to senior-level attorneys with 5 to 7 years of litigation experience to join their Litigation & Enforcement practice group. The roles are open for their offices in Boston, New York, or Chicago. The successful candidates will manage a broad range of civil litigation, government enforcement, and internal and external investigation matters. Experience leading complex commercial, securities litigation matters, and/or government enforcement matters is required. Experience managing SEC inquiries, examinations, and enforcement actions is a plus. Applicants must have excellent attention to detail, proven leadership abilities, strong client management skills, and be team-oriented. Candidates will be required to be admitted to practice, and in good standing, in the state of the assigned office location. Impressive academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills are preferred.
