Our client, a well-established law firm, is currently seeking a Litigation & Trial Practice associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join their team in New York. The ideal candidate should have a background in insurance litigation, particularly with insurer-side coverage litigation under Commercial General Liability policies. Experience in representing life insurance companies in cost of insurance litigation and class action defense is preferred but not mandatory. The position requires excellent academic credentials, strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. The role is based in New York City and will comply with the New York City Human Rights Law.
