Description
Our client, a multinational firm, is in search of a mid level associate to join their M&A practice group. The ideal candidate has vast experience with both venture capital work and traditional M&A work and should be able to take a lead role in drafting and reviewing deal documents and managing transactions. This position is for their Washington office but would require a fair amount of travel to New York.
