Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions associate to join their dynamic Finance & Transactions team based in New York. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of commercial transactional or M&A experience at a law firm, experience with private equity and/or venture capital clients, and experience managing multiple matters simultaneously. A J.D. degree (or its equivalent) with strong academic credentials is required, and the candidate must be admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in New York.
