Our client is seeking an Associate to support its Mergers & Acquisitions and Energy Transactional practice, with opportunities to work from Houston, Baltimore, or Richmond. The team, comprising over 150 lawyers, represents clients in significant transactions globally, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Recognized for its expertise, the team has been named “Law Firm of the Year” in Mergers & Acquisitions magazine’s Mid-Market M&A Awards and consistently ranks among the top 10 M&A firms in the U.S. by Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg.
