Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Business Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. The role involves working with a team experienced in corporate and regulatory matters, representing entities in the insurance and financial services sectors. Candidates should have 3-5 years of M&A experience, including due diligence, transaction document drafting, and post-closing coordination. A solid understanding of general corporate law, joint ventures, and commercial contracts is required. Applicants must hold a J.D. from an accredited institution and be admitted to practice in Georgia or eligible for waiver. Strong project management, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment are essential.
