Description
Our client is seeking an experienced NDA Attorney to join their M&A Private Equity team, based in either NY or DC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of M&A experience and will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements. This role requires strong interpersonal skills as it is a client-facing position with frequent direct client contact. The position is off-track and offers the flexibility to work remotely.
