Description
Our client, an internationally recognized law firm with offices in the United States, Europe, MENA, and Asia, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its Mass Tort, Product & Consumer Litigation practice group, based in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of complex litigation experience in a law firm or government, with a strong preference for experience in multi-jurisdictional litigation, class actions, and product liability cases. Proficiency in drafting complex motions, leading teams, and managing cases on a day-to-day basis, including supervising junior associates and leading the discovery process, is also preferred. Applicants with judicial clerkship or government experience are strongly encouraged to apply. All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the D.C.
