Description
Our client is seeking stellar mid-level and senior-level associates for their Mergers & Acquisitions practice in New York, focusing on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, private equity funds, and financial institutions. Candidates should have ample experience leading diligence and drafting ancillary agreements, as well as familiarity with all other aspects of transactions, including drafting primary deal documents and interfacing with clients. Ideal candidates will have 2-6 years of M&A experience, be admitted to the New York Bar, and possess excellent credentials.
