Description
Our client is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate, Senior Attorney, or Of Counsel with a minimum of five years of experience to join their team in Delaware, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, or New York. The role primarily supports the Delaware office, involving a diverse range of corporate and alternative entity transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, financing, complex lending transactions, cross-border transactions, and private equity investments. Responsibilities include general corporate and alternative entity matters, contract review, corporate governance, and legal opinion rendering. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, have substantial mergers and acquisitions experience, and be admitted to the Delaware bar or eligible for admission. Strong project management, organizational, communication, and writing skills are essential.
