The ideal candidates should possess robust M&A skills, including drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal processes and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day workflow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for sophisticated clients. A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is required.
