Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm established in 1978, is seeking an attorney to join their growing Law and Motion practice in Costa Mesa, California. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of California, and possess at least 3 years of litigation experience. Federal court practice is considered a plus. The role involves drafting case management orders, organizing and analyzing case information, drafting various motions including summary judgment and discovery motions, making court appearances, responding to written discovery, and conducting legal research. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure, excellent written and analytical skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
