Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join their Nonprofit and Exempt Organizations Practice in Washington, D.C., New York, or San Francisco. The role involves providing tax, transactional, and governance advice to a diverse range of nonprofit organizations, including arts and media, educational, civil rights, and humanitarian groups, as well as family offices and private foundations. The position requires substantial tax or corporate/governance experience, particularly with laws governing nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. Candidates should possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and be adept at managing multiple projects.
