Our client is seeking a Patent Agent to join their IP Patent Prosecution Team within the Intellectual Property Practice Group at their Dallas office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment of a prestigious law firm, serving a diverse range of sophisticated clients. Ideal candidates will possess an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Electrical Engineering, with at least one year of law firm experience, and must be registered to practice before the USPTO. Key responsibilities include meeting with clients, conducting patentability analyses, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and performing diligence related to patents. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong industry experience, excellent drafting and research skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal principles effectively.
