Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm with a strong focus on the energy, infrastructure, finance, and technology sectors, is seeking experienced intellectual property professionals for their Technology section in Houston, Austin, or D.C. offices. Available positions include an associate with one to three years of experience and a counsel. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from a top university, coupled with robust patent prosecution experience, preferably in the energy or software development industries. Strong trademark experience is essential, and additional expertise in intellectual property areas such as licensing, tech transactions, diligence, trademarks, copyrights, opinions, and non-disclosure agreements will be advantageous. Candidates must be licensed to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office and in the jurisdiction of their respective office.
