Description
Our client is seeking a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join their patent prosecution practice, assisting clients in protecting their technology. The role can be based in New York, Houston, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. Candidates should hold a Master's Degree or Ph.D. in chemistry, organic chemistry, applied chemistry, polymer science, polymer engineering, biochemistry, or a related field. Responsibilities include drafting and prosecuting applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and supporting due diligence. Applicants must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, be Patent Bar eligible, and if applicable, licensed to practice law in their respective state. Strong time management, attention to detail, writing, and analytical skills are essential. This is a non-partner track position.
