Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a junior-level Associate to join their IP Litigation Practice in Washington, DC. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of patent litigation experience, with skills in managing discovery, brief writing, and preparing for depositions and hearings. Experience with the ITC and/or USPTO is advantageous. A degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills, an exceptional academic record, and be in good standing with the DC Bar or able to gain admission promptly.
