Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a junior- to mid-level patent prosecution and counseling associate, or patent agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in patent prosecution and counseling. The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, computer science, or equivalent, and must be registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office, or have the ability to qualify. The role involves direct interaction with counsel and engineers at both established and emerging tech clients, with a focus on areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, rockets and space-oriented payload delivery, automation, computer networking, encryption, graphics and animation, and computer gaming/e-sports. Applicants must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.
