Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their expanding tax practice group. This role involves tax and estate planning, as well as litigation, representing trustees, financial institutions, trust companies, personal representatives, beneficiaries, and creditors. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax, estate, and trust planning, trust and estate administration, and litigation. Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to proactively anticipate and resolve issues, and the aptitude to work in a team environment are essential. Excellent legal research, verbal communication, and writing skills are required. The candidate should have a high level of attention to detail, solid organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-stress environment.
