Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified associate with 3 - 6 years of experience to join their Mergers & Acquisitions practice within their Private Equity Group. The ideal candidate should have experience managing transactions independently, with specific expertise in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including leveraged buyouts and strategic investments. Proactivity, a strong business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships are essential. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) are required.
