Description
Our client, a nationally-ranked law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Finance Associate to join their sponsor finance group, with the option to be based in New York or Chicago. The ideal candidate should possess 3-4 years of leveraged finance experience, including representing borrowers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions across various debt finance transactions such as acquisition financings, recapitalizations, asset-based facilities, and debt restructurings. Experience on the lender side in middle market transactions is advantageous but not mandatory. The role offers a collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment, where the associate will play a significant role and handle increasing responsibilities within a dedicated and sophisticated team.
