Our client, a prestigious law firm with a significant presence in Pittsburgh, is seeking an Associate to join its Corporate and Private Equity Department. This department is renowned for its expertise in a wide range of private equity transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, and more. The firm is a leader in representing Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs) and is highly ranked in national benchmarking league tables. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in private equity-led M&A transactions, and should be capable of leading these transactions from inception to completion.
