Description
Our client, a well-established international law firm, is looking for a Private Investment Funds Associate with four to five years of experience to join their Corporate Group. The candidate will work with sponsors of and investors in various investment funds and vehicles in structuring, offering, managing, investing, and related regulatory matters. This position requires direct interaction with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school, have experience with investment fund formation and offerings, and have a deep understanding of related tax, ERISA, and real estate issues. Proficiency in drafting fund formation and investment documentation is essential. The candidate must be admitted to the Texas bar or have the ability to become admitted.
