Our client, a renowned law firm recognized as one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For, is seeking a passionate and experienced Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their dynamic litigation team. The role involves working on complex disputes across various industries including commercial, intellectual property, energy (renewable and traditional), and mass tort lawsuits. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, creative, possess outstanding interpersonal skills, strong writing skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The candidate must have strong academic credentials, excellent legal research skills, superb writing and oral communication skills, and be a member of the State Bar. This position offers the opportunity to assume significant responsibility, work directly with clients, manage complex cases, make court appearances at important hearings, handle mediations, and other related work typically handled by associates.
