Description
Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their litigation group in the Los Angeles office. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of a dynamic team in a growing office. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, particularly in defending product liability lawsuits. The office, located conveniently between downtown Los Angeles and Redondo Beach, serves as the hub for the firm's West Coast operations, providing a range of transactional and litigation services to clients in industries such as automotive, banking, manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy. Candidates should have two to four years of experience in product liability/mass torts or commercial litigation, be skilled in taking and defending depositions, and have experience drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions. Strong written and oral advocacy skills and admission to the California Bar are required.
