Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group, focusing on litigation related to products liability, coverage, and commercial matters. The role involves engaging in all facets of litigation across multiple jurisdictions, including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, particularly in writing, and experience in drafting briefs and memoranda for state and/or federal courts. Applicants should be adept with technology to ensure efficient turnaround on written assignments and possess strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills. The position requires a candidate who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and problem-solve effectively. Applicants must be licensed in their jurisdiction or eligible for licensing.
