Description
Our client, a premier law firm with elite teams in finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and special situations, litigation, employment and real estate, is seeking an Associate (preferably with 2-6 years of experience) to join their Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group. The role can be based in New York, Washington, DC, or Houston. Ideal candidates will have experience in project finance and development, limited recourse and structured financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors. However, those with leveraged finance or other types of finance experience are also welcome to apply. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required, and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
