Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate to join their Financial Services Practice, focusing on project finance. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in areas such as project financings, tax equity bridge loans, and backleverage financings, with experience on either the lender or borrower side. Proficiency in drafting credit facilities, depositary accounts agreements, and various supply agreements is essential. The role requires experience in drafting and closing security documents, NY-law legal opinions, and conducting due diligence and bankability analysis.
