Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join its public finance department in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in public finance, real estate, lending, corporate finance, or other transactional areas. Responsibilities include researching federal and state law, preparing and reviewing transaction and underwriting documents, and interacting with clients and other transaction parties. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, possess a strong academic record, and demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills, along with the ability to work independently and flexibly.
