Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified Mid-level Associate to join their Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate documents relating to a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, modification and workout documents, and leases. They will also handle related due diligence work and close these and other real estate transactions. Experience with zoning and land use matters, including leading and presenting various types of land use entitlement cases, is also required.
