Our client, a top-tier full-service law firm, is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Transactional Associate to join their team in Los Angeles. This firm boasts one of the largest, most diverse, and experienced real estate practices among its peers, representing a wide range of clients including developers, investors, owners, occupants, and lenders at a national level. This is an excellent opportunity for those on the partnership track, offering a supportive and collegial office environment. The role involves working closely with a team of highly skilled attorneys on sophisticated matters. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in acquisitions/dispositions, finance, leasing, and joint ventures. Experience with health care and/or negotiating construction agreements is a plus. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills are required, along with strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and ability to manage multiple projects.
