Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Real Estate, including experience related to the origination, restructuring, and workout of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans, and the sale and purchase of those loans, and/or the sale or acquisition of commercial real estate. An understanding of securitized commercial real estate loans and real estate mortgage investment conduit (REMIC) regulations would be particularly valuable. The Associate will join a supportive practice that provides advice to a broad range of Fortune 100 companies and industry-leading companies on a full spectrum of commercial real estate, real estate finance, and real estate structured finance matters.
