Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid-senior level associate to join their Northern Virginia Real Estate group. This full-time role offers the chance to work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, and disposition of various property types, as well as commercial leasing. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating key documents, handling deal closings, and performing due diligence. The successful candidate will work closely with senior shareholders, gaining significant transactional experience. Applicants should be highly motivated, possess strong interpersonal, writing, and organizational skills, and be in good standing with the VA Bar or able to be admitted promptly.
