Description
Our client, a reputable law firm based in Boston, is seeking a senior associate to join their Real Estate Land Use group. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in zoning and land use matters, with a significant number of projects in Boston. The role involves representing clients in various Boston land use and zoning matters, including Article 80 project reviews, landmark buildings and districts designations, MEPA reviews, and Chapter 91 licensure. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team. A strong academic record is preferred, and experience working with the BPDA and other Boston agencies and boards is required. Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
