Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a mid-level (3-6 year) Associate for their Real Estate Litigation Practice based in Los Angeles. This firm is consistently ranked among the top in the Am Law Global 100, and their Real Estate Litigation Practice Group has been repeatedly named “Law Firm of the Year—Real Estate Litigation”. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, both nationally and internationally. Applicants should have between three and six years of litigation experience, with a focus on real estate matters. Excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are required. Ideal candidates will have large law firm experience, including drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts. Some trial experience and Federal clerkship experience will be a plus. Candidates must be in good standing with the CA Bar.
