Description
Our client is seeking a skilled attorney to join their team, focusing on commercial creditor enforcement litigation, including state, federal, and bankruptcy court proceedings. The role involves handling real estate workouts, foreclosures, and forbearances, as well as general bankruptcy law, particularly in commercial Chapter 11 cases. Candidates should have experience in finance aspects of restructuring, including loan analysis, out-of-court workouts, and debtor-in-possession financing. The position also requires expertise in distressed transactions, such as Section 363 sales and assignments for the benefit of creditors, with a strong ability to advise on deal structures.
