Description
Our client is a globally recognized law firm seeking a Mid-Level Associate for their Restructuring Group. This position can be based in any of their US offices. Applicants should have 4-5 years of experience advising companies experiencing financial difficulties, lenders and creditors in complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings, and financing matters. Court experience is not mandatory but is considered advantageous. Candidates should have strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools and must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to produce timely, accurate work.
