Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking two mid-level associates for their Restructuring & Capital Solutions Practice based in New York. The ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in Finance and/or Bankruptcy. The firm's Restructuring group specializes in advising stakeholders involved in corporate restructurings or experiencing financial stress, including global investment funds, asset managers, banks, bondholders, and other lenders on financial restructurings, both in and out of Chapter 11, and liability management transactions. The team is dedicated to implementing sustainable solutions and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
