Description
Our client, an Am Law 50 firm with a national presence, is searching for a mid-level Securities Litigation and Enforcement associate to join the firm's DC or NY office. The perfect candidate has handled SEC Enforcement and other government investigations, internal investigations, other white collar and regulatory enforcement, as well as related or concurrent securities litigation actions. Experience with a criminal or regulatory enforcement organization, such as the DOJ, a USAO, a district attorney's office, or the Office of the Attorney General, would be a plus but is not required.
