Description

Our client is seeking a skilled attorney to draft, review, and negotiate intellectual property, technology, and commercial-related agreements, including licenses, development, manufacturing, supply, joint ventures, collaborations, and commercialization agreements. The role involves advising clients on intellectual property strategies, risks, and opportunities across various transactions and industries, providing general advice on related issues, and participating in negotiations with opposing parties. The candidate will manage and mentor mid-level and junior associates, supervise support staff, and conduct research and analysis on intellectual property legal issues. Responsibilities also include drafting memoranda for due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and financing, supporting partners on transactions, and engaging in business development activities. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) and at least three years of relevant experience at an international law firm with significant revenue.
