Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Counsel to join its Commercial Contracting team in one of their Ohio offices, including Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in commercial contracts, focusing on data processing agreements and data privacy compliance, with a preference for prior experience in biotechnology. Additionally, a minimum of three years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation within a law firm setting is preferred.
