Description
Our client, a premier law firm with elite teams in finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and special situations, litigation, employment and real estate, is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Structured Credit practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant team, have extensive client contact and responsibilities, and be a key member of deal teams in a leading structured finance practice. The team handles collateralized loan obligations ("CLO") as well as other securitization transactions, asset-based lending transactions (bilateral and syndicated) and other sophisticated finance transactions. Ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial and innovative. This position may be based in New York, Washington, D.C., or Los Angeles and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
