Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their structured finance group. The ideal candidate should have three to six years of robust structured finance deal experience, with a focus on structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures, primarily in the residential mortgage and other consumer finance related industries. Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred, but not required. While the primary location for this position is New York, candidates for offices in Chicago and Los Angeles will also be considered.
